How To Order

Ordering  Procedure

1. IDENTIFY CUSTOMER NEEDS

Customers discuss with us about the details of their needs; for example the type of woodwork desired, the shape, model, size, material specifications and others. We will review all of that and if necessary provide suggestions or input to support these needs. For this stage, customers can communicate directly with our marketing staff or architect at MGM Bali Carpenter’s office & workshop location; or if distance is constrained, customers can also communicate via email or via Whatsapp chat

2. APPROVED DESIGN

Our architect team will prepare and realize all the points of customer needs in the form of drawings (Autocad 2D and 3D drawings), according to customer requests. The results will be given to customers for viewing and checking. Customers are allowed to make revisions until they get the final design that is okay and can be used as a reference for the calculation of the work contract. The customer must provide written approval for the final working drawings and specifications.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will calculate the price based on the reference work drawings and material specifications that have been previously approved. Furthermore, customers will get a Quotation Letter detailing prices, sizes and material specifications, production time, warranty and other details. Customers are asked to double check their contents and if everything is appropriate, then the customer can proceed to the payment stage

4. DOWN PAYMENT

Customers are welcome to make a down payment, cash or bank transfer (note: all our bank accounts are in the name of the company CV MGM Bali Carpenter). Furthermore, Customer must inform us of the payment via email or Whatsapp chat so that the production process can begin.

5. PRODUCTION PROCESS

Please note that production will only start after there is a Finalization of the Design and a Payment Confirmation from the Customer. The length of time for the fabrication will take place according to the estimated production time specified in the Quotation Letter. During the production process, customers are allowed to visit our place to see the process. Or customer can also coordinate with our marketing staff to inform status and send progress photos regularly or via CCTV monitoring.

6. COMPLETED WORK

All orders will be assembled and established in our work area. After all the work is done and all orders have been assembled, the customer will be asked to come check the work. If you are constrained to come directly, then you can coordinate with our marketing staff to carry out checks through Whatsapp photos or video calls. Customers can ask for improvements or corrections to the work that is considered to be less good or defective.

7. FULL PAYMENT

After all the results of the work have been checked and there are no more problems, the customer can pay off the remaining bills and inform us. So that we can begin to disassemble and package the product

8. DELIVERY

Orders can be taken or shipped only after full payment has been received by MGM Bali Carpenter. Specifically for bank transfers is after the funds have been received and its value is effective in our bank account (Note: transfers between banks or cross-country sometimes require several days’ process)

Payment Terms

  • The value of the down payment is 50% of the value stated on the Quotation Letter
  • Customer must inform us of the payment via email or Whatsapp chat
  • Please note that production will only start after there is a Finalization of the Design and a Payment Confirmation from the Customer
  • Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. All our bank accounts are in the name of the company CV MGM Bali Carpenter; stated in the quotation letter and on the website below
  • Payment of the remaining invoices is made after the project is completed and must be paid before the order is taken or shipped
  • Please note that transfers between banks or cross-country sometimes require several days process

Delivery Terms

  • In principle, we are responsible for the production and procurement of goods ordered by customers until the handover is received in our workshop area. Therefore, the price of our items does not include shipping costs!
  • For Bali and Indonesia delivery, we use local freight service. There are no costs charged for shipping to the areas of Denpasar, Sanur and Nusa Dua; whereas for other areas there will be transportation costs borne by the customer. We provide a selection of freight services that can be trusted and has a good price. However customers can still choose to use their own contact freight service.
  • For delivery to other countries, it is strongly recommended to use an experienced International Shipping Company, which has an export and import network to all reaches of the globe. Due to the shipment of wood products must arrange all aspects of international freight including complete documentation, which complies with all statutory regulations of the countries involved. Doing so, make the product may reach customer’s destination safely and as quickly as possible.
  • Customer can use their own contact International Shipping Company. Or the customer can also choose the alternate that we provide. We have choices of International Shipping Company that can help customer in arranging all customer’s international freight needs. All costs will be borne by the customer himself.
  • For delivery, our nature is to help customers and we do not take advantage of freight costs, as we do not require usage of certain brands of the freight service or shipping company. The final decision on the choice of the freight service or the shipping company remains in the hands of the customer himself.
  • We will document the process of handover the goods to the freight service or the shipping company and then inform the customer accompanied by photos or related videos
  • For the safety of goods during the process of delivery to the destination, it is advisable to add insurance, as requested by the freight service or the shipping company.
  • To install products at their destination, customers can hire local builders who can help with the assembly of prefab structure. We enclose Manual Instruction so that customer can easily assemble order by self, following our coded guidance in 3D Pictures, Photo & Videos.
  • We can also send a representative from our company either to help installation or supervision. This is a choice for the customer and will incur additional costs for labor mobilization.
